Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 June 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the "WGHT LOG" app (the "App"), provided by Nordic Data Hub. By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of services
The App enables the personal documentation of body weight including history, statistics, BMI, optional Apple Health synchronisation, reminders and export. The App is free and contains no in-app purchases.
3. Not a medical device
The App is not a medical device and does not serve to diagnose, treat or prevent diseases. It does not replace professional medical advice. Calculated values (e.g. BMI, trend) are general guidance values with no claim to medical accuracy. For health questions, please consult qualified medical professionals.
4. User obligations
You are responsible for using the App as intended and for securing your data – e.g. through backups of your device. Since all data is stored exclusively locally, data may be irretrievably lost if the device is lost or the App is uninstalled.
5. Liability
The App is developed with the greatest possible care but is provided without warranty of being error-free or constantly available. Liability for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the App or from calculated values is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect liability for intent and gross negligence, nor for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, its design and its content remain with Nordic Data Hub. Reproduction or redistribution without consent is not permitted.
7. Apple App Store
The App is obtained via the Apple App Store. Apple's respective terms of use additionally apply. Apple is not the provider of the App and is not responsible for its content.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use where this is necessary for legal or functional reasons. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
